Space Coast Passport (“VIP Program”) is a community initiative created and operated by Kemper Kefauver, a Space Coast Realtor doing business as KeysTo321 and affiliated with Daignault Realty (Merritt Island, FL). The VIP Program exists to connect local residents with participating small businesses through perks, check-ins, and community events, while also supporting Kemper’s real estate practice and related community outreach (including “New Home, New Leash on Life”).

Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the VIP Program (Space Coast Passport), KeysTo321/Keys to 321 branded pages, and related sign-up forms, check-ins, events, and communications operated by or on behalf of Kemper Kefauver, Realtor with Daignault Realty. Third-party services (payment processors, email providers, map tools, wallet passes, analytics, and business partners) are governed by their own privacy terms.

By enrolling as a partner, you acknowledge that basic business information (e.g., name, location, perk details) may be displayed to members. Contact details you provide for account management are used to operate and support your listing and reporting.

How We Handle Your Information
We collect what we need to run the Space Coast Passport (“VIP Program”) and to serve you as a Realtor. That includes:
- Contact & account: name, email, phone, wallet-pass ID, and preferences you set.
- Check-ins & activity: participating locations, timestamps, perk redemptions, fraud-prevention signals.
- Real estate inquiries: neighborhoods, price range, saved searches, appointment requests.
- Technical data: device/browser info, IP (approximate location), and error logs.
We use this to (a) operate the program, verify eligibility, and prevent abuse; (b) communicate perks, events, and updates; (c) respond to real estate requests with listings, guides, and appointments; and (d) meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations. We only collect what’s necessary, and we don’t use VIP check-ins to infer sensitive traits.
Where We Store It & How We Protect It
Data is stored on reputable U.S.-based providers (email/CRM, hosting, wallet passes, analytics). Protections include encryption in transit and at rest where supported, access controls with least-privilege, MFA on admin accounts, audit logging, and regular patching. No system is 100% secure, but we work to minimize risk. If a legally required breach notice ever became necessary, we’d notify you and regulators as required.
How Long We Keep It (Retention)
We keep data only as long as it’s useful for the purposes above or required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
- Active VIP accounts: retained while your account is active.
- Check-in logs: 24 months, then aggregated or deleted.
- Real-estate communications/transaction records: up to 7 years (industry/legal requirements).
- Unsubscribe and opt-out records: kept indefinitely to honor your choices.
- Backups: may persist 30–90 days beyond deletion due to rotation schedules.

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. We also do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do use service providers (hosting, email delivery, CRM, wallet pass, analytics) under contracts that restrict how they use your data. If the law where you live gives you “Do Not Sell or Share” rights, we honor them.

We use cookies and similar tech to keep the site working and improve it:
- Essential: required for login, security, and wallet-pass/checkout flows.
- Functional: remember preferences (e.g., location, view settings).
- Analytics/Performance: understand traffic and fix issues.

You can:
Limit sensitive data: we don’t use VIP data to infer sensitive categories.

Access/Correct/Delete: request a copy, fix errors, or ask us to delete your data (subject to legal holds).
Opt out of marketing: click unsubscribe in emails; reply STOP to SMS; you’ll still get essential service messages.
